We are looking for a Clerk General III<\/strong> to join our team at the Bloemfontein Bakery. This role will be responsible for supporting financial operations and administrative tasks within the bakery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

-Verify inter-company debits, account allocations, parked journals, and prepaid expenses<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Maintain personnel records, including processing payroll items and managing provident fund details<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Arrange travel, accommodation, and external venues, and handle catering needs<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Process claims, prepare presentations, and manage general correspondence<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Compile monthly financial reports<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Perform daily reconciliation of drivers’ records<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Follow up on and process outstanding invoices<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Assist with order processing and customer queries<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

Requirements<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

-Matric certificate<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-A minimum of 3 years’ relevant work experience<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Experience handling debtors and creditors<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Knowledge of stock management, wage processing, and drivers’ reconciliations<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Proficiency in using the SAP system<\/p>\n\n\n\n
