We are looking for a dedicated Sales Representative<\/strong> to join our Snacks division at PepsiCo Park CDC in Germiston. This role is key to driving sales growth, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring smooth operational execution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

-Develop and expand traditional trade routes across all product categories to meet revenue and volume targets outlined in the Annual Operating Plan<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Achieve 100% customer call rate and 90% strike rate<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Maintain product freshness by ensuring stales remain below 0.5%<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Acquire new business opportunities as per the Annual Operating Plan<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Manage cash flow and stock efficiently<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Analyze sales reports to identify areas for continuous improvement on assigned routes<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Promote cost control by driving the company vehicle efficiently<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Ensure compliance with all company policies, including those related to sales, health, and safety<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Maintain and take care of company assets such as handheld devices, vehicles, uniforms, and mobile phones<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Requirements<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

-A 3-year tertiary qualification in Business or Commerce<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Minimum 3 years of work experience in the FMCG industry, with at least 1 year in a sales role<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-At least 1 year of experience driving a vehicle in a professional capacity<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Valid Code 10 driver\u2019s license<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Valid Public Driver\u2019s Permit (PDP)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Certified Defensive Driver Certification<\/p>\n\n\n\n
