Naledi Motors is seeking a self-motivated and ambitious Passenger Sales Executive<\/strong> to join our dynamic team in Gaborone. The ideal candidate should possess relevant experience, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

-Drive vehicle sales and meet monthly targets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Engage in customer liaison and build lasting client relationships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Promote the brand through presentations and client interactions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Participate in promotional events and develop marketing strategies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Handle dealership administrative duties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Work closely with team members for sales coordination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Qualifications & Requirements<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

-Minimum Cambridge O-Level certificate with Maths and English.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Minimum of 5 years\u2019 experience in a similar sales role.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Proven sales track record.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Experience with premium brands is an added advantage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Professional, personable, and presentable demeanor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Valid clean driving license.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
