MerSETA is seeking dedicated and dynamic Client Liaison Administrators to join our team across various provinces. As a Client Liaison Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring effective communication and collaboration between our clients and internal teams. Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing timely responses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth service delivery and resolve client issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the database.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Prepare and present reports on client feedback and satisfaction metrics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Assist in the development of client engagement strategies to enhance service offerings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Participate in training sessions and workshops to stay updated on MerSETA programs and services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Contribute to team meetings by sharing insights and suggesting improvements in client service processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

-A relevant degree or diploma in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Minimum of 1 years of experience in client liaison or customer service roles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
