Overview<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Ampath Laboratories is seeking a reliable and experienced Courier to join our team at Medivaal Hospital in Kempton Park. The primary purpose of this role is to ensure the timely collection and delivery of reports, specimens, and parcels between hospitals, doctors’ offices, and other relevant locations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of traffic rules and basic vehicle maintenance, ensuring safe and efficient deliveries while upholding the company’s reputation for excellent service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

– Collection and Delivery:<\/strong> Safely collect and deliver reports, specimens, and parcels to and from hospitals, wards, doctors’ rooms, and clients, ensuring all items are handled and transported promptly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Client Relations:<\/strong> Maintain positive interactions with clients to promote the professional image of Ampath at all times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Vehicle Maintenance:<\/strong> Ensure the safekeeping and routine maintenance of company vehicles and equipment, guaranteeing operational reliability and adherence to safety standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Compliance:<\/strong> Adhere to national traffic rules and regulations, ensuring safe driving practices at all times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Requirements<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

– Grade 10 or equivalent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Valid South African Driver\u2019s License (Code B).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Valid South African Motorcycle License (Code A) preferred.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Experience:<\/strong> Previous driving experience, with a working knowledge of vehicle maintenance and national traffic rules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Legal Status:<\/strong> Applicants must possess a valid South African ID or a valid work permit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
