Overview<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

AECI is looking for a skilled Hauler Driver to join our team on a fixed-term contract in Alrode, Gauteng. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting products using on-highway articulated haulers, ensuring timely and safe deliveries in accordance with company policies and road traffic regulations. This role is ideal for someone with experience in hauling, a valid EC1 driver\u2019s license, and certification in Dangerous Goods handling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

– Loading and Transporting:<\/strong> Safely load products into haulers and transport them to designated locations, including client premises and distributors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Receiving Instructions:<\/strong> Follow hauling instructions provided by the Logistics Manager and ensure all routes and schedules are adhered to.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Regulatory Compliance:<\/strong> Ensure compliance with all road traffic regulations and company driving standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Offloading and Documentation:<\/strong> Offload products at the correct destination and complete all required documentation, forwarding it to the Site Administrators.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Vehicle Maintenance:<\/strong> Regularly flush tanks to prevent contamination and wash the exterior of the vehicle to maintain a clean and professional appearance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Requirements<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

– Driver\u2019s License:<\/strong> Valid Code EC1 with a Dangerous Goods Permit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Certifications:<\/strong> Hazchem Certificate and a valid Medical Certificate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Education:<\/strong> Matric (Grade 12).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Experience:<\/strong> 1 to 3 years\u2019 experience in hauling or a similar driving role.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
