The Body Shop is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team during the festive season. This fixed-term position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a vibrant retail environment, helping customers with their holiday shopping needs. Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

As a Festive Shop Assistant, your duties will include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Delivering excellent customer service by being approachable, friendly, and professional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Assisting customers with product inquiries and providing basic product knowledge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Guiding customers to specific products and ensuring their shopping experience is smooth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Maintaining the store’s appearance by restocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and keeping the store clean.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Wrapping and packaging purchased items for customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Informing customers about current promotions and special offers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Requirements<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Qualifications and Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

-A Grade 12 certificate is required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment is advantageous but not essential.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Skills and Attributes:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Must be able to perform well under pressure, especially during busy periods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Enthusiastic, energetic, and customer-focused.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Reliable, honest, and punctual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
