Intercare Fourways Medical and Dental Centre, located in Fourways, Johannesburg, is looking to hire a dedicated and enthusiastic Dental Receptionist. Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

As a Dental Receptionist, your key responsibilities will include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Providing professional and friendly telephone service for patient care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Assisting patients in completing necessary forms and documenting information according to company policies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Managing the entire reception-patient journey, including booking appointments, patient arrivals, and payment processing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Directing patients to the appropriate location and services while ensuring patient confidentiality at all times in accordance with POPIA regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Keeping the reception area neat and organized.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Referring emergency cases to the nurse\u2019s station as per protocol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Handling basic account queries and escalating issues when necessary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Collecting co-payments and outstanding balances according to Intercare policies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Performing daily cash-up and banking processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

Requirements<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

-Minimum qualification: Grade 12.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Previous experience in a customer-focused service environment, such as reception, is advantageous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Proficiency in computer systems; experience with GoodX software is a plus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
