Jaysons Gas is seeking an experienced and reliable Code 10 Driver with a valid Dangerous Goods Permit (DGP) to join our team. This is a temporary position with the possibility of becoming permanent, depending on performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely transporting valuable shipments, ensuring compliance with all road and safety regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Requirements<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

–Valid Code 10 Driver\u2019s License<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

–Valid DGP (Dangerous Goods Permit) and PDP (Professional Driving Permit)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

-3-5 years of proven driving experience<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Fluent in English, with strong comprehension skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Excellent numerical skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Trustworthy, responsible, and of sober habits<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Secondary education (matric or equivalent)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Experience driving vehicles ranging from 1-ton to 12-ton (single diff)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Ability to work overtime, weekends, and some public holidays when needed<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Experience navigating tight spaces with larger vehicles<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Traceable references (no cellphone numbers; reachable contact numbers required)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Safely operate vehicles of various tonnage sizes<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required<\/p>\n\n\n\n
