The successful candidate will be responsible for operating tractors with various attachments, ensuring efficient soil cultivation, and assisting with general farm duties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>-Operate a tractor with implements such as bush cutters, slashers, and spraying machines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Perform accurate and timely soil cultivation, ensuring high-quality standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Safely transport farm produce, fertilizers, and equipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Conduct basic maintenance on the tractor and its attachments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Manage time effectively while completing individual and team tasks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Keep records of daily tasks, diesel usage, and spraying schedules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Assist with general farm activities as instructed by the supervisor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Adhere to all Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental (OHSE) Act regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Job Requirements<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Grade 10 qualification.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1-3 years of experience as a tractor driver.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong reading and writing skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Valid Code 10 (C1) driver\u2019s license.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-base-3-color has-accent-background-color has-text-color has-background
