This internship provides hands-on experience in customer service, billing, and credit control in a dynamic municipal environment. Successful candidates will assist with revenue-related queries and maintain customer relationships while gaining valuable skills for future career growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Stipend:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>For candidates with a completed qualification (minimum 360 credits): R9,531.54 per month<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For students currently enrolled in a relevant qualification: R3,500.00 per month<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>-Log and process revenue account-related queries according to set operational procedures, resolving first-time queries when possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Maintain and update electronically-based data and records.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Adhere to the Performance Management Policy of the City of Johannesburg Municipality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;
