You will assist in daily store operations while providing exceptional customer service and adhering to all store policies and procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>-Deliver the highest level of customer service to every client.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Process sales transactions accurately, including handling cash, credit, and checks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Assist with ticketing of products and verifying paperwork against received items.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Support product flow from the stockroom to the sales floor as needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Help create merchandise displays or follow instructions from store management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Master the use of the point-of-sale system and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Utilize selling techniques, including add-on sales and explaining technical product details, to meet sales goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Greet and assist customers in finding the right products, occasionally acting as a Greeter during busy periods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Maintain general housekeeping standards and safeguard company assets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Skills and Experience:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Passion for retail and customer service.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to take initiative and work independently.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent communication skills with an enthusiastic, friendly demeanor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Flexibility to work during weekdays, evenings, and weekends.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Previous experience in fashion retail is an advantage but not essential.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">To Succeed in This Role, You Will:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Be passionate about teamwork and achieving results.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Show enthusiasm for fashion and confidence in helping customers style their desired look.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">At Adidas, We Embrace a Winning Culture:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>We believe in mental strength as much as physical power.
