The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and assisting in support duties to ensure a professional working environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>-Clean offices, bathrooms, kitchens, and stockrooms to maintain hygiene and order<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Serve tea and coffee to departmental visitors<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Prepare meeting venues by cleaning and setting out water, glasses, and refreshments<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Assist with general office administration tasks once cleaning duties are complete<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Perform any additional ad hoc duties as directed by the supervisor<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>-Grade 10 (Grade 12 is an added advantage)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Valid Driver\u2019s License (advantageous)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Bilingual with good interpersonal and communication skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Ability to follow and carry out instructions effectively<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Physically fit with basic knowledge of physical labour and general work<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-At least 1 year of relevant experience in auxiliary services (e.g. cleaning, general work, maintenance) within a local municipality<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Must reside within the jurisdiction of Midvaal Local Municipality<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Reliable, self-disciplined, and hard-working<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">APPLICATION PROCESS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/zentrofly.com\/jobs\/apply-for-midvaal-local-municipality-general-workers\/\">APPLY HERE<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Equity &amp; Inclusion:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Midvaal Local Municipality is an equal opportunity employer.
