Job Description<\/strong>
As a team member at Signature Cosmetics & Fragrances, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers and driving the success of the store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Deliver a welcoming, personalized experience for every customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Drive sales and inspire your team to meet sales targets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Ensure the store is visually appealing, meeting merchandising standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Manage stock levels, minimize losses, and monitor shrinkage effectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Ensure all products are correctly priced with appropriate signage and price stickers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Oversee stock takes, investigate variances, and report stock discrepancies to the Area Manager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Adhere to point-of-sale and banking procedures, escalating any concerns to the Area Manager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Follow store standards and operational policies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Ensure smooth execution of all day-to-day activities within the store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
