Position Overview:<\/strong>
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrator – Logistics<\/strong> to join our Group Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing data related to train movements and coordinating with various stakeholders, including customers, third-party sales, Transnet, and GOSA operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Capture data for inland and export rail sales for the debtors and finance departments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Record actual road sales tonnage and external road deliveries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Process rail intents and distribute train schedules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Manage third-party sales and trains in SAP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Prepare and process various required reports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Perform store reservations and general office administration tasks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
