Job Overview<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

We are seeking a dedicated Loader to join our Despatch team at BRB East London. Reporting directly to the Dispatch Manager, the Loader will be responsible for the efficient loading and offloading of bread on site. This position is a full-time, 6-day-a-week role, and the successful candidate must be available to work weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

-Load and offload bread in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOP).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Follow the established loading\/offloading sequence and pipeline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Ensure accurate tray counts and balance trays in the truck.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Participate in daily invocoms (team meetings).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Maintain the quality of bread during loading and offloading.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Adhere to First-In, First-Out (FIFO) stock rotation processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Report any loading\/offloading issues to the supervisors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at all times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
