Position: Armed Security Officer<\/strong>

Overview:<\/strong>
Fidelity Security Group is seeking a vigilant and dedicated Grade C Armed Security Officer to join our security team at a National Key Point. This position requires a high level of responsibility and commitment to safeguarding the facility, personnel, and assets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

Minimum Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Matric Certificate<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-PSIRA Grade C registration and accreditation<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Minimum of 2 years\u2019 experience in armed security, preferably within high-security environments<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-SAPS Firearm Competency Certificate for business purposes (Handgun, Shotgun, and Rifle)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Strong observational skills with attention to detail<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Physically fit, capable of handling the demands of the role<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Ability to work independently and collaboratively<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Willingness to undergo regular polygraph testing<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Ensure all contractual security requirements are met as per client specifications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Maintain positive relations between Fidelity Security Group and the Client concerning the quality of security services provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Monitor and control access to the facility, ensuring authorized entry only.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Respond quickly and efficiently to alarms and security incidents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Prepare comprehensive reports on incidents and daily security activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Adhere to all security protocols and procedures diligently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
