Rand Mutual Assurance (RMA) is offering an exciting Learnership Programme aimed at fostering skill development and career growth in the insurance industry. This 12-month programme provides both theoretical learning and hands-on workplace experience, leading to a qualification on the National Qualification Framework. Through structured mentorship and training, participants will gain exposure to real-world tasks and develop essential skills for a successful career in financial services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Responsibilities<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

-Participate in a 12-month structured learnership that includes theoretical instruction and practical workplace experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Engage actively with assigned mentors and technical coaches to gain practical skills and competencies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Contribute to the assigned business unit in various roles aligned with career aspirations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Attend technical and soft skills training sessions designed to support professional growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Complete all tasks, assignments, and assessments as outlined in the programme curriculum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Requirements<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

-South African citizen, currently unemployed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Must hold a Senior Certificate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Classified as Black (Employment Equity).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Aged 35 years or younger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-No prior enrollment in any INSETA-registered Learnership programme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Strong interest in the financial services sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Proficient in English.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
