An exciting opportunity has arisen to appoint a qualified candidate to the role of Admin Clerk \/ Receptionist. This position is key to ensuring the efficient handling of samples, information accuracy, and exceptional customer service in the medical pathology field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Administer the sorting, receiving, and distribution of samples according to standard operating procedures, ensuring prioritized routing to various labs or sites.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Register samples (“logging”) and handle related queries following established protocols.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Oversee the dispatch of specimens for processing, monitor report progress, and ensure timely filing, query resolution, and report delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Perform rounds in hospitals to distribute reports and collect samples for processing, adhering to operational standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Address and escalate administrative and customer service queries, ensuring prompt resolution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Track sample deliveries by couriers, ensuring compliance with standard procedures and timely result returns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Identify and resolve bottlenecks in pre-analytical lab processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Maintain housekeeping in the workspace, ensuring proper cleaning and preparation of equipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Monitor and order stock, ensuring required materials are available and delivered to doctors’ rooms as needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Manage the reception area, providing information and directing clients while maintaining high customer service standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Process patient payments and ensure cash handling aligns with standard operating procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Report incidents, log complaints, and resolve issues using the laboratory information management system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Prepare and scan patient forms into the laboratory system, resolving incomplete scans per procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Adhere to uniform and dress code protocols, upholding the company\u2019s professional standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
