The ideal candidate will have a solid background in office administration, basic accounting (creditors and debtors), and strong proficiency in PASTEL and Excel. This is a full-time permanent position offering a dynamic work environment and the opportunity to play a key role in day-to-day operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>-Perform general office administration duties including filing, data capturing, and recordkeeping.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Serve as front-line receptionist, attending to walk-in clients and managing the reception area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Take and relay detailed messages and ensure excellent customer service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Maintain reception area tidiness and manage visitor refreshments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Monitor and process staff timesheets and update project data using PASTEL and Excel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Handle basic debtors and creditors functions:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Load and process invoices for suppliers and creditors in PASTEL.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Follow up with clients on outstanding payments via email.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist with the collections process and communicate with the Office Manager on overdue accounts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage office supplies and place orders as needed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Generate spreadsheets, quotes, and reconciliations using Excel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Requirements and Skills<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>-Matric (Grade 12) is required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-A certificate in Office Administration is advantageous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Minimum of 3\u20134 years of office administration and receptionist experience is essential.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Experience with PASTEL for loading and allocating payments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-At least 3 years of experience in processing and monitoring debtors and creditors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Strong proficiency in Excel for creating quotes, spreadsheets, and reconciliations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-High attention to detail and ability to work independently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Professional demeanor and strong organizational skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">APPLICATION PROCESS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/zentrofly.com\/jobs\/apply-for-frogg-recruitment-office-administrator\/\">APPLY HERE<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Job Title: Office AdministratorLocation: Parow, Western Cape, South AfricaClosing Date: 04 April 2025Salary: R15,000 \u2013 R18,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience) Overview An established engineering company based in Parow, Cape Town, is seeking an experienced and professional Office Administrator to join their team.
