Overview<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

VKB Retail, part of the VKB Group<\/strong>, is looking for a Temporary Admin Assistant<\/strong> to support our administrative operations in Harrismith<\/strong>. This position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual<\/strong> with strong administrative and financial processing skills<\/strong>. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing internal administration, supporting audits, and maintaining financial controls<\/strong> within the retail environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

-Maintain high administrative standards<\/strong> to ensure smooth operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Assist in audit processes<\/strong> and ensure compliance with internal policies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Oversee and manage bank transactions and petty cash control<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Process goods received vouchers and invoice completion<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Handle stock claims processing<\/strong> efficiently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Organize and file relevant documents<\/strong> according to set standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Minimize risks to the company<\/strong> by ensuring compliance with financial and operational policies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Provide excellent client service<\/strong> in all administrative interactions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Perform other general administrative duties<\/strong> as required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Minimum Requirements<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

–Grade 12 \/ NQF4 qualification<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Previous experience in the agriculture industry<\/strong> is an advantage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–Numeracy skills<\/strong> and ability to handle financial documentation accurately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–Computer literacy<\/strong> with proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Strong attention to detail, precision, and accuracy<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Ability to add value<\/strong> to administrative functions through efficiency and innovation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
