Sportscene, part of The Foschini Group (TFG), is seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Administration Controller<\/strong> to join our dynamic team in Letlhakane. Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

-Assist the Store Manager with stock take and overall store administration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Monitor, analyze, and report on stock movement and performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Enforce and maintain stock loss prevention and shrinkage control strategies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Ensure full compliance with all administrative, reporting, and system procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Organize and maintain in-store filing and documentation systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Process and oversee cash and transactional activities according to standard operating procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Conduct customer transactions through the active retail system (POS).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Maintain a safe and secure store environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Deliver professional customer service by identifying needs and promoting rewards programs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Contribute to maintaining visual merchandising and housekeeping standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and store goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Stay current with the latest fashion and streetwear trends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Qualifications and Experience:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

-Botswana General Certificate of Secondary Education (BGCSE)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-A minimum of 3 years<\/strong> retail or administrative experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Proficiency in using computers and administrative systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

Skills and Competencies:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

-Strong interest in fashion and streetwear culture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
