Tsebo Cleaning and Hygiene Solutions is seeking dedicated and reliable Cleaners<\/strong> for a healthcare site based in Paarl, Western Cape. This is a Talent Pool opportunity, meaning your application will be considered for future roles within Tsebo Cleaning Solutions as positions become available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

-Perform assigned cleaning tasks efficiently and within designated timeframes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Identify and take initiative on additional cleaning opportunities beyond set tasks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Maintain cleanliness in offices, wards, public areas, and other designated spaces as directed by your Line Manager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Ensure compliance with Tsebo’s hygiene and cleaning standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Foster positive relationships with customers and clients through professionalism and good communication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

Skills and Competencies<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

-Strong attention to personal hygiene and professional appearance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact positively with clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-High energy levels and a proactive attitude.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Attention to detail and the ability to work with minimal supervision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Familiarity with cleaning equipment (e.g., buffing machines) is advantageous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

Qualifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

-Grade 12\/11 or relevant cleaning experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Prior cleaning experience is an advantage, but a willingness to learn is essential.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Ability to manage and operate cleaning equipment is a plus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
