The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, directing, and supervising the Community Development Division to enhance service delivery and community empowerment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Degree in <strong>Community Development<\/strong> or a <strong>related field<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Experience:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Minimum of <strong>10 years relevant work experience<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At least <strong>2 years<\/strong> must have been served as <strong>Principal Community Development Officer II<\/strong> at D3 salary scale<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Benefits:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Optional Contributory Medical Aid Scheme: Government pays 50%, Employee pays 50%<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contributory Pension Fund Scheme: Government contributes 15%, Employee contributes 5% of basic salary<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator direction in planning, executing, and supervising community development duties<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Prepare budgets and monitor divisional expenditures<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Act as deputy to the Head of Department<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Review operational plans to optimize resource utilization<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Interpret policies and guidelines for community development programs<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Review performance and development plans of supervisees<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Manage community development projects to ensure alignment with objectives<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Design and implement programs to improve livelihoods across communities<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Engage in poverty alleviation activities at community and national level<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Build and maintain partnerships with stakeholders for integrated
