The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring a welcoming and seamless experience for our guests by assisting with luggage, providing excellent customer service, guiding guests to their rooms, and addressing inquiries about the hotel\u2019s facilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>-Warmly greet customers as they arrive, maintaining a polite, friendly, and professional demeanor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Assist guests with their luggage and escort them to their rooms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Provide information about the hotel\u2019s services, amenities, and accommodation rates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Build positive relationships with guests, ensuring they feel comfortable and addressing any complaints courteously to uphold the hotel&#8217;s reputation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with other departments, particularly housekeeping and the restaurant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Manage inquiries and messages efficiently and courteously.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Education:<\/strong> Matric (Higher Certificate).
