The ideal candidate will take responsibility for overseeing cleaning staff, ensuring contract compliance, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and professionalism at all times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>As a Supervisor\/Driver, your duties will include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Ensuring all contract-based staff are on duty as required by contract terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Managing staff attendance, daily sign-ins, and monthly rosters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Ensuring contracts have the necessary chemicals and equipment in line with contract requirements and budgets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Conducting and documenting regular cleaning inspections, addressing any issues promptly, and reporting findings to the Manager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Ordering site chemicals in a timely manner while adhering to budget constraints.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Ensuring Health and Safety protocols are implemented and followed on-site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Building and maintaining positive relationships with on-site clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Managing, mentoring, training, and disciplining staff in alignment with company policies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Operating cleaning machinery and ensuring the proper use of cleaning chemicals and signage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Representing the company professionally on all assigned sites.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Minimum of <strong>2 years\u2019 experience<\/strong> in a cleaning supervisory role.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven experience in the cleaning industry with knowledge of cleaning equipment and chemicals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Valid driver\u2019s license (essential).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work under minimal supervision and demonstrate strong organizational skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Computer literacy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Positive attitude, with a focus on teamwork and client satisfaction.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-base-3-color has-accent-background-color has-text-color has-background has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-560d09dc7732bb0ed8c44201f6b82bf8\"><strong>HOW TO APPLY:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button is-style-outline is-style-outline--1\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link has-base-3-color has-text-color has-background has-link-color wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/zentrofly.com\/jobs\/apply-omniclean-cc-supervisor-driver\/\" style=\"background-color:#ff0000\">CLICK HERE TO APPLY<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Why Join Us?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>At Omniclean CC, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional cleaning services while fostering a supportive and professional working environment.
