This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work, enjoy physical tasks, and are eager to contribute to a cleaner environment for the benefit of residents, employees, and visitors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Compensation<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Job Level:<\/strong> Cleaner (Contract)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Salary Scale:<\/strong> R6,000 per month<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>General Cleaning Tasks:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Clean and maintain office spaces, passages, outdoor areas, and parking lots.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Perform window cleaning, scrubbing, polishing, and vacuuming as needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Maintain cleanliness in lifts, stairways, vehicles, toilets, washrooms, kitchens, and office equipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Empty and sanitize bins and ashtrays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sanitation Management:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Refill soap dispensers, paper holders, and deodorizer blocks in restrooms and kitchens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Recycling Collection:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Collect and organize recyclable paper for city-wide recycling initiatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ad Hoc Tasks:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Provide removal and cleaning services as requested by management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Minimum Requirements<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;<strong>Education:<\/strong> Basic literacy skills (reading and writing).
