Kauai is opening a brand-new store in Durbanville and is looking for an energetic and customer-oriented Cashier \/ Customer Service Representative<\/strong> to join the team. If you are passionate about health, enjoy working with people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this opportunity is for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

-Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to take and process customer orders<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Deliver friendly and efficient customer service at all times<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Learn and understand the full menu and ingredients to assist and advise customers accurately<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Maintain a clean and organised service area<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Handle customer queries and complaints professionally<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Requirements and Skills:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

–Grade 12 \/ Matric with strong results in Mathematics and English<\/strong> (Compulsory)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Friendly, confident, and helpful demeanour<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Ability to work under pressure in a team-oriented environment<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Fast learner with good product knowledge retention<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Must attach a copy of your matric certificate<\/strong> to your application<\/p>\n\n\n\n
