Overview:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Are you ready to launch your career in retail? RiseUp Management is offering a 12-month Learnership for individuals passionate about customer service and eager to gain valuable experience in the retail sector. This structured programme provides hands-on training in till operations, customer service, and store procedures under the guidance of experienced mentors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Learners will have the opportunity to grow professionally, gain nationally recognised experience, and possibly transition into a permanent role at the end of the programme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

-Operate till points and handle customer transactions<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Deliver excellent customer service in a retail setting<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Support the team in maintaining store cleanliness and organization<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Learn and apply cash handling, stock rotation, and product knowledge<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety standards<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Qualifications and Requirements:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

-Minimum education: Grade 10 (or higher depending on employer’s discretion)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-No prior experience required; however, retail or customer service exposure is an advantage<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Strong numeracy and communication skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Fluent in English and\/or other regionally relevant languages<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Eagerness to learn and grow in a retail environment<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Commitment to the full 12-month programme<\/p>\n\n\n\n
