The successful candidate will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing communications efficiently and professionally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Purpose of the Role<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To receive and transfer incoming calls to the appropriate offices, maintain call records, and ensure timely delivery of private telephone bills to officers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>-Operate the switchboard to receive, place, and direct calls<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Take accurate messages and ensure immediate delivery to intended recipients<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Issue private telephone bills to individual officers<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Print and file monthly bills<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Book international and private calls for officers as required<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Maintain a call register and summarise private call usage<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Receive and direct corporate clients and visitors<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Required Qualifications<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cambridge O\u2019 Level School Certificate (COSC) or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Botswana General Certificate of Secondary Education (BGCSE)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Experience<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Minimum of <strong>two (2) years<\/strong> relevant experience on the <strong>A2 salary scale<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Competencies<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>-Deciding and Initiating Action<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Working with People<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Adhering to Principles and Values<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Following Instructions and Procedures<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Planning and Organising<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Writing and Reporting<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Presenting and Communicating<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Delivering Results and Meeting Customer Expectations<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Benefits<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Medical Aid Scheme:<\/strong> Optional;
