THC provides vital healthcare services across South Africa, focusing on HIV and TB prevention and care, especially for high-risk communities. This role offers a stimulating work environment within a dynamic team committed to connecting people with care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The successful candidate will assist with transportation of outreach teams, support community-based tracing efforts, and perform data capturing and general administrative duties. A strong understanding of health-related data systems and a responsible driving record are essential.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>-Transport outreach teams for client contact tracing and community visits, ensuring compliance with all road safety and traffic regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Conduct vehicle inspections, report maintenance issues, and coordinate vehicle servicing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Maintain transportation logs and submit petrol slips promptly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Assist with event logistics and delivery of health commodities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Support patient education and ensure informed consent is obtained.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Accurately capture patient information and verify data against source documents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Submit basic reports (weekly, monthly, ad hoc) in a timely manner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Follow up and trace clients lost to follow-up (LTFU) and link them back into care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Collaborate with outreach teams in tracing TB contacts and linking clients to services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Attend and facilitate training sessions, briefings, and staff meetings as required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Represent the organisation professionally in all community engagements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Minimum Requirements:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Grade 12<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tertiary qualification (advantageous)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At least <strong>2 years&#8217; experience<\/strong> in:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Data capturing and reporting<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Electronic database management (TIER.net, DHIS advantageous)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Driving (including transporting teams)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Valid South African <strong>Code 10 driver\u2019s licence<\/strong> with <strong>Professional Driver Permit (PDP)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office packages<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in community outreach and\/or TB &amp;
