As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lead and supervise a team of Shoppers and Drivers for daily flawless service delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct spot checks on uniform, orders, staff attendance, and operational processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Problem-solve and troubleshoot daily operational issues with an analytical mindset.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support the team on special projects for efficiency and growth.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide an operational perspective on Logistics to ensure best practices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Daily management of Shoppers and Drivers to achieve KPIs, with daily and weekly reporting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Train and develop shoppers, ensuring consistent application of internal procedures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrate flexibility in balancing personal objectives with organizational needs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Staff Management:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Allocate schedules to ensure efficient management of store orders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct regular staff meetings to improve motivation and communication.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure punctuality and facilitate training for service improvement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Resolve staff queries and manage submissions to head office promptly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify and address training needs for continuous staff development.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Complaints Management:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Assist and attend to shopper and driver queries.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Resolve escalated customer complaints and provide feedback to the Area Manager.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Investigate and respond to shopper queries proactively.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Anticipate potential problems and take preventive action.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to solve problems.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Reporting:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Provide weekly feedback on staff performance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance insights.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure accuracy and timely submission of reports to relevant parties.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Advise and review weekly reports for complaints, downtime, and store productivity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qualifications Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Eligibility to work in South Africa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Valid South African driver&#8217;s license or Professional driving permit (PrDP).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clean driving record.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Own vehicle or motorbike with verified registration documents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Access to a recent smartphone (iPhone 5 \/ Android 4.4 or newer) for delivery app and GPS.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2-3 years of Team Leader experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Competencies and Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Attention to detail.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Time management, conflict management, and negotiation skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Professional verbal and written communication skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Responsiveness, effective planning, and organizing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Self-directed, motivated, and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to build and maintain relationships, resilience, and decisiveness.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Action-oriented, assertiveness, ability to work independently and under pressure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>High emotional intelligence.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Working Conditions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Regular evening and weekend work, public holidays, shift work, working outdoors, and dealing with challenging clients.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dress Code: Present a professional and respectable image to our clients as ambassadors of the company.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>How To Apply:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-1499450ab294e126b997957d827c4cf9\" style=\"color:#fe0000\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/zentrofly.com\/jobs\/apply-for-adzuna-shopper-driver-supervisor\/\">Click here for application instructions.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>WE&#8217;RE HIRING!!
