Overview<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Jet, a leading value retailer under The Foschini Group (TFG), is seeking an experienced Administration Manager<\/strong> for its Leribe store in Lesotho. The successful candidate will assist in overseeing store operations, focusing on administrative efficiency, stock control, customer engagement, and compliance with internal systems. Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

-Assist the Store Manager in stock-taking and store administration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Monitor and analyse stock movements and implement risk management measures to reduce losses and shrinkage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Ensure compliance with all administration, systems, and reporting procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Extract and analyse store reports relating to turnover and stock performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Maintain organised filing systems and ensure all documentation is up-to-date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Control and monitor transactional activities and ensure cash management procedures are followed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Uphold in-store safety and security processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Process customer transactions using the POS system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Engage with customers to identify needs and offer appropriate product solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Promote customer loyalty programs and enhance customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Support store merchandising and housekeeping standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Participate in team efforts to meet sales targets and implement operational objectives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Continuously improve product knowledge and personal selling techniques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Requirements and Skills<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Qualifications & Experience<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

-A minimum of LGCSE or equivalent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Minimum of 3 years of retail or administrative experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Knowledge of current fashion trends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Strong passion for customer service and the retail environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
