Exact, part of The Foschini Group (TFG), is seeking a passionate and customer-focused Sales Associate<\/strong> to join its team in Maseru. As a Sales Associate, you\u2019ll help bring quality and style to families across Lesotho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

-Act as a brand ambassador by providing an exceptional customer experience at all times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Understand customer needs and provide relevant fashion solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Monitor and meet individual sales targets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Sell a wide variety of clothing and home products, keeping up with current fashion trends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Identify new opportunities to generate sales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Assist with restocking shelves and maintaining store presentation standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Requirements and Skills<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Qualifications & Experience<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

– Minimum of LGCSE (Lesotho General Certificate of Secondary Education)<\/strong> or equivalent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Previous experience in retail or customer service is advantageous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Skills<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n
