This is a vital administrative role that ensures the smooth and professional management of daily office operations, with a strong focus on logistical coordination, document control, financial processing, and stakeholder communication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. Health and Safety:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Promote and maintain compliance with health, safety, and housekeeping standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in SLAMs, High Potential Hazards (HPHs), and risk assessments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure the close-out of all assigned safety actions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2.
