Overview
TFG is calling young South Africans to enter the job market through the YES (Youth Employment Service) Programme. This opportunity offers a life-changing first working experience in an exciting retail environment across multiple provinces.
The programme is designed to equip youth with valuable workplace exposure, retail experience and professional development over a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Minimum Requirements
To qualify, applicants must:
- Be aged between 18 and 28 years
- Have Matric (preferred)
- Be available and willing to work a 12-month fixed-term contract
- Not have been permanently employed with a single employer for more than one continuous year
- Not be studying full-time during the programme period (April 2026 โ March 2027)
- Not have previously participated in the YES Programme
- Be responsible for their own accommodation and transportation (if applicable)
