Position: Stock & Sales Management Associate
Location: Various Store Locations

Key Responsibilities:
Stock Management:
-Ensure accurate stock entry, unpacking, and placement in the store.
-Monitor stock levels through regular counts and stock take processes to mitigate risks like stock loss.
-Implement stock management action plans to ensure optimal stock availability.
-Oversee storeroom maintenance, ensuring compliance with housekeeping standards.
-Assist in authorizing write-offs, breakages, product recalls, and returns, including mobile and cellular repairs.
Sales Growth & Profitability:
-Analyze store sales and profitability reports, collaborating with management on necessary operational action plans.
-Track and review product performance, providing feedback to the support center to drive sales improvements.
-Stay updated on new opportunities to boost sales and brand awareness, including in-store marketing strategies and competitor analysis.
-Drive performance in key areas like credit services, insurance, and mobile product sales to achieve store targets.
Risk Management:
-Assist the store manager with compliance checks across various operational processes, including stock, visual, and admin audits.
-Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, including POS reports, health & safety standards, and security checks.
Customer Experience Management:
-Ensure the implementation of customer service processes, such as pricing updates, promotions, markdowns, and in-store displays.
-Maintain a high standard of customer service through consistent execution of business instructions and feedback.
-Support overall housekeeping efforts to create a positive shopping environment.
Leadership & Development:
-Lead and motivate the store team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and align with company goals.
-Identify and address training and development needs, with a focus on talent management and succession planning.
-Recruit, coach, and manage team performance in line with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
-NQF Level 4 (Grade 12) or equivalent.
-Strong understanding of sales and service management.
-Proficient in budgeting and computer skills.
-Excellent communication skills.
-Knowledge of the retail industry, including brand management, customer service, and mobile and insurance products.
