The role of Store Support (Driver) involves providing general assistance in our stores, ensuring customers always receive outstanding service and a brilliant experience with our brand.
Responsibilities:
-Ensure all products are well-stocked and merchandised to the highest standards.
-Perform general cleaning duties to maintain the pristine appearance of our spaces and products.
-Maintain a clean, inviting, and fully stocked customer area.
-Develop a good understanding of our product offerings.
-Keep the storeroom neat and organized.
-Assist with moving and preparing stock for the retail floor.
-Process customer payments at the Point of Sale and manage the cash desk when required.
-Be available to work on weekends as needed.
Requirements:
-Fluent in spoken and written English.
-Experience in a customer-focused role.
-Valid Code 10 South African driver’s license.
