Job Description:
Prepare all KFC products following KFC’s standard operating procedures, with a strict focus on health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

-Prepare and cook KFC products as directed by the manager, following approved KFC standards and procedures.

-Portion ingredients and cooked products according to KFC guidelines.

-Monitor product quality by checking and acting upon expiration dates and times for each item.

-Use product holding equipment correctly, adhering to proper holding times and temperatures.

  • Follow cleaning and sanitization schedules for food preparation areas, storage areas, equipment, and utensils.
  • Capture product preparation details and ensure product quality is maintained throughout.
  • Uphold Yum’s culture principles and ensure every customer is satisfied with the product quality.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Restaurant General Manager, Assistant Manager, or Shift Supervisor.
