KFC is seeking individuals to join their team and prepare KFC products in strict accordance with the company’s standard operating procedures, while maintaining the highest Health and Safety standards.
Job Description:
The primary responsibility of this role is to prepare and cook KFC products following KFC’s standard operating procedures, ensuring product quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Preparation: Prepare and cook KFC menu items according to KFC’s approved standards and procedures as directed by the manager.
- Portioning: Accurately portion ingredients and cooked products using KFC’s established guidelines.
- Quality Monitoring: Check and act upon product expiration dates and holding times to ensure product freshness.
- Equipment Use: Properly use product holding equipment, ensuring correct temperatures and holding times.
- Cleaning & Sanitizing: Follow all procedures for cleaning and sanitizing food preparation areas, storage equipment, and utensils according to KFC standards.
- Product Tracking: Record preparation details and monitor product quality based on expiration dates and product standards.
- Adherence to Standards: Uphold KFC’s culture principles and ensure that every product served meets KFC’s quality expectations.
- Customer Satisfaction: Be committed to delivering top-quality products and ensure that every customer is fully satisfied with their KFC experience.
- Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as requested by the Restaurant General Manager, Assistant Manager, or Shift Supervisor.
