Job Summary:

As a Bank Better Champion, you will play a pivotal role in welcoming clients, managing branch traffic, and delivering exceptional client support through various self-service and remote channels. Candidates with a Grade 12 diploma are eligible for consideration, as prior experience is not required.
Responsibilities:
- Warmly greeting and welcoming clients upon their arrival to foster a welcoming environment.
- Assisting clients in utilizing and understanding various self-service options, including ATMs and online banking platforms.
- Providing guidance and assistance to clients with remote or self-service transactions to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintaining an organized and efficient queue system to facilitate prompt and efficient client service.
- Addressing basic banking inquiries from clients, such as account balances, transaction histories, and product information.
- Proactively identifying opportunities to educate clients on the features and benefits of Capitec Bank’s products and services.
- Collaborating with the branch team to achieve branch objectives and uphold overall client satisfaction.
- Staying abreast of Capitec Bank’s policies, procedures, and product offerings to deliver accurate information to clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum Grade 12 qualification.
