Job Title: Customer Service Consultant

Purpose of the Job
To deliver exceptional customer service and sell Liberty Life Lesothoโs financial solutions. The role involves maintaining policy life cycles, ensuring client retention, and consistently providing an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
–Client Service: Handle client inquiries and service activities efficiently.
–Onboarding: Facilitate seamless onboarding of new clients.
–Premium Administration: Manage premium payments and associated processes.
–Claims Administration: Process claims for Life, Group, and Bancassurance policies.
–Report Writing: Compile detailed reports on daily activities.
–Risk Management: Maintain a risk-conscious culture in all operational activities.
Qualifications:
–Bachelorโs Degree: In Business Management or related field, with at least 1 year of experience.
–Diploma: In Business Management or related field, with 2 years of experience.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Customer Service Experience: Preferably in the insurance sector.
- Skills:
- Strong customer focus.
- Effective time management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Integrity and self-motivation.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other online applications.
