Overview:
A well-established logistics and supply company is seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Call Management: Answer, screen, and direct calls while maintaining professionalism.

Customer Support: Assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate concerns as needed.

Query Handling: Respond to inquiries and redirect them when necessary.

Appointment Coordination: Schedule and manage appointments.

Email Correspondence: Draft, review, and respond to email communications.

Reception Area Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.

Visitor Assistance: Welcome and guide visitors appropriately.

Administrative Tasks: Perform general office support, such as filing and data entry.

Mail Management: Handle sorting, distributing, and organizing incoming and outgoing mail.

Office Supplies Management: Monitor and order office supplies as needed.

Requirements:

  • Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Front Desk, Receptionist, Secretarial, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Proven experience in the logistics and supply industry.
