Overview:

Miss Jae Manufacturing is looking for 10 skilled Seamstresses to join our team. This role requires individuals with strong sewing expertise, attention to detail, and a passion for garment construction. If you have experience in alterations, repairs, and customizations, we invite you to be part of our growing fashion manufacturing team.

Responsibilities:

-Perform alterations, repairs, and customizations on various types of garments.

-Operate sewing machines and other equipment to sew fabrics and trimmings.

-Follow patterns, designs, and instructions to produce high-quality finished garments.

-Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality and accuracy standards.

-Work closely with the design team and other departments to meet production deadlines.

-Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficient workflow.

Requirements & Skills:

-Proven experience as a Seamstress or Sewing Machine Operator.

-Proficiency in garment construction, sewing techniques, and pattern alterations.

-Knowledge of different types of fabrics and their properties.

-Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.

-Excellent time management and organizational skills.

-Diploma or Certificate in Fashion Design, Sewing, or a related field is preferred.
