Overview:

Thusong Financial Services is looking for two Loan Consultants to join our team—one in Maseru and one in Mafeteng. The successful candidates will play a critical role in providing expert advice on loan products, guiding clients through the loan application process, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Responsibilities:

-Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to assess their financial needs and goals.

-Provide professional guidance on suitable loan products, interest rates, and repayment terms.

-Assist clients throughout the loan application process, ensuring accuracy and completeness of required documentation.

-Keep clients informed on the status of their applications and address any inquiries.

-Stay updated on the company’s loan products, interest rates, and lending policies.

-Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies throughout the loan application process.

Requirements & Skills:

-Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer-facing role within the financial services industry, preferably in lending or banking.

-Strong understanding of loan products, interest rates, and lending procedures.

-Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts clearly.

-Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Finance, Business, or a related field.
