Overview:

The FIX is looking for a Fashion Consultant to join our team in Pioneer Mall, Maseru. If you are passionate about people, fashion, and delivering exceptional customer experiences, this is an exciting opportunity to grow within an internationally diversified retail group.

Responsibilities:

-Act as a brand ambassador and provide an exceptional customer experience.

-Understand customer needs and provide the best possible solutions to exceed expectations.

-Proactively track sales performance against targets and seek opportunities for new sales.

-Keep up to date with fashion trends and offer expert advice on diverse product ranges.

-Assist in replenishing stock to ensure the store is always ready for customers.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Lesotho General Certificate of Secondary Education (LGCSE)
