Overview:

Metropolitan Lesotho is offering an excellent opportunity for a professional and dedicated individual to join its Operations team in Mokhotlong as a Cleaner. The role requires maintaining the hygiene and tidiness of office and communal areas, ensuring a pleasant and efficient working environment. This position plays a critical role in supporting daily operations and upholding the organization’s standards of cleanliness and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

-Clean general office and communal areas, including workspaces, meeting rooms, kitchens, and ablution facilities.

-Vacuum carpets, wash crockery and cutlery, clean floors and surfaces regularly.

-Ensure meeting rooms are clean and presentable each day.

-Serve refreshments to internal and external stakeholders as needed.

-Clear and dispose of food and drink items after meetings.

-Manage waste by emptying bins and replacing refuse bags.

-Maintain hygiene of kitchen appliances, equipment, and office machinery.

-Monitor and restock supplies including beverages, cutlery, cleaning materials, toilet paper, and soap.

-Run occasional office errands such as transporting documents between branches.

-Manage company resources responsibly and contribute to risk identification processes.

Requirements and Skills:

• Educational Qualification: COSC (Cambridge Overseas School Certificate)
• Experience: At least 2 years in a relevant office cleaning or facilities support role (preferred)
• Competencies:
