Overview
Mohale Lodge is seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to join the team. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing efficient and welcoming front office services to all guests, ensuring an exceptional guest experience from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide efficient and professional Front Office services to guests.
- Handle guest check-in and check-out processes promptly and professionally.
- Manage reservations, telephone calls, and guest inquiries effectively.
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area.
- Uphold excellent customer service standards at all times.
Requirements
- Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of two (2) years relevant experience in a similar front office or receptionist role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in basic computer and reservation systems.
