Overview:
Chando Capital, a diversified investment firm engaged in global markets, consultancy, trading, and mining operations, is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant. This hybrid role, based in Maseru with flexible work-from-home options, will support executive and administrative functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative and executive support to management and staff
- Handle clerical duties such as filing, data entry, scheduling, and correspondence
- Manage phone calls professionally with excellent etiquette
- Assist in organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes
- Maintain digital and physical records with high attention to detail
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Support various departments as needed to ensure timely delivery of projects
Minimum Qualifications and Skills:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Proven administrative or executive assistant experience is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- High level of professionalism and discretion
