Overview:
Auto Track Systems, a leading provider of GPS tracking and vehicle surveillance technology, is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Vehicle Tracking Technician to join its growing technical team. The ideal candidate will have experience in installing and servicing GPS tracking systems, dash cams, and other electronic vehicle monitoring equipment.
Position Purpose:
To install, maintain, and troubleshoot vehicle tracking and monitoring systems, ensuring all components operate efficiently and deliver accurate data to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
-Install and configure GPS tracking devices, dash cameras, and vehicle surveillance equipment.
-Monitor and test GPS tracking systems to ensure real-time accuracy and proper functionality.
-Conduct on-site visits to assess and repair faulty systems.
-Install additional technologies such as camera systems, CAN devices, and blind spot detection systems.
-Provide technical support and system updates when required.
Minimum Requirements:
-Proven experience in GPS tracking system installation and servicing.
-Technical knowledge of vehicle electronics and camera systems.
-Ability to work independently and travel for on-site visits.
-Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
-Good communication and customer service orientation.
